Cancel Subscription

Note: Only the account Administrator can make these changes.

If you need to cancel your Minotaur subscription, here's what you need to know before you go.


Before You Cancel

If you're looking to reduce costs or need to adjust your user count, consider reaching out to your sales advisor first. They might be able to help you find a plan that fits your current needs better.


Steps

  1. Go to Administration in the left-side menu.
  2. Under Organization Management, click Manage Organization.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the Manage Organization window.
  4. Click Cancel Subscription (the red button in the bottom-right corner).
  5. A confirmation dialog will appear:

"We regret to see you leave. Canceling your subscription means you will lose access to your account and will no longer be able to log in. Your account will remain in dormant mode for the next few weeks before it is permanently deleted. Are you certain you wish to continue?"

  1. Click Yes to confirm the cancellation, or No to go back.

Your active plan has been cancelled and your account will enter dormant mode before being permanently deleted.
